Parker is a Home Rule Municipality that was founded in 1864 and incorporated in 1981. It is the 19th largest city in Colorado with a population of 51,163 as based on the 2016 Census estimate. It is located approximately 24 miles southeast of Downtown Denver, 30 miles from Denver International Airport, and has a land area of 22 square miles. The city located in Douglas County. Parker is known for its unique Western-Victorian downtown and its hometown feel.. Additionally, the Town of Parker currently maintains about 250 acres of developed parkland and more than 900 acres of open space, 10 trails with over 27 miles of concrete paved, multi-use trails, and over 6 miles of natural surface equestrian trails.

Our focus is primarily on the South Metro communities of Denver with a particular specialization on the Cherry Creek High School boundary neighborhoods.  This includes- Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, the Denver Tech Center, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and all those unincorporated pockets located within.
