Lone Tree

Lone Tree is a Home Rule Municipality that was incorporated in 1995. It is the 38th largest city in Colorado with a population of 13,271 as based on the 2016 Census estimate. It is located approximately 19 miles west/southwest of Downtown Denver, 37 miles from Denver International Airport, and has a land area of 9.7 square miles. The city located in Douglas County. Lone Tree is home to the University of Colorado South Denver Campus and the Park Meadows Mall, Colorado's largest shopping mall. Additionally, the City of Lone Tree is made up of many running, hiking, and biking trails, in particular bluffs at the southern part of the city offer some trails with amazing views and terrain for the outdoor enthusiast.

Our focus is primarily on the South Metro communities of Denver with a particular specialization on the Cherry Creek High School boundary neighborhoods.  This includes- Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, the Denver Tech Center, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and all those unincorporated pockets located within.
