Littleton is a Home Rule Municipality that was incorporated in 1890. It is the 20th largest city in Colorado with a population of 46,333, as based on the 2016 Census estimate. It is located approximately 11 miles south/southwest of Downtown Denver, 35 miles from Denver International Airport, and has a land area of 42 square miles. The city located in Arapahoe, Douglas, and Jefferson counties. Littleton is home to Arapahoe Community College, Denver Seminary, and Hudson Gardens. Additionally, the City of Littleton has a quaint atmosphere ideal for those who want a trip down history lane. Originally named “Little Town”, the city prides itself on having a nationally accredited museum, a historic district, a rich collection of historic landmarks, a sought-after public library, art galleries, and gardens perfect for art and culture lovers.

Our focus is primarily on the South Metro communities of Denver with a particular specialization on the Cherry Creek High School boundary neighborhoods.  This includes- Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, the Denver Tech Center, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and all those unincorporated pockets located within.
