Highlands Ranch

Highlands Ranch is an unincorporated Census Designated Area (CDA) that began with its first subdivision in 1981. It has grown to the 12th largest CDA in the United States with a population of 96,731, as based on the 2010 Census. It is located approximately 24 miles south of Downtown Denver, 41 miles from Denver International Airport, and has a land area of 24.3 square miles. The community located in Douglas County. Most municipal services, such as the construction and upkeep of arterial roads, parks and open space areas, are performed by the Highlands Ranch Metro District, which is funded mostly by property taxes. Additionally, the Highlands Ranch Metro District owns and maintains an impressive network of outdoor recreation amenities including: 25 parks, 70 miles of trails, 2,500 acres of natural open space areas.

Our focus is primarily on the South Metro communities of Denver with a particular specialization on the Cherry Creek High School boundary neighborhoods.  This includes- Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, the Denver Tech Center, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and all those unincorporated pockets located within.
