Greenwood Village

Greenwood Village is a Home Rule Municipality that was incorporated in 1950. It is the 35th largest city in Colorado with a population of 15,749, as based on the 2016 Census estimate. It is located approximately 13 miles south/southeast of Downtown Denver, 29 miles from Denver International Airport, and has a land area of 8.3 square miles. The city is located Arapahoe County. The community is basically divided down the middle by I-25 and the RTD Light Rail (Lines E, F, and R) providing easy access to both Downtown Denver and the Denver International Airport. Greenwood Village is also home to a large portion of the Denver Tech Center, an 850 acre business and trading center. Cherry Creek State Park and Reservoir boarder Greenwood Village to the north and east and the High Line Canal irrigation and recreational trail meanders the west side.

Our focus is primarily on the South Metro communities of Denver with a particular specialization on the Cherry Creek High School boundary neighborhoods.  This includes- Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, the Denver Tech Center, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and all those unincorporated pockets located within.
