Evergreen

Evergreen is an unincorporated Census Designated Area (CDA) with a population just over 9,000. It is located approximately 29 miles west of Downtown Denver, 53 miles from Denver International Airport, and sits at an elevation of 7,220 feet in the foot hills of the Rocky Mountains. Evergreen is located in Jefferson County and is surrounded by thousands of acres of land in the Denver Mountain Parks and Jefferson County Open Space park systems. Evergreen Lake and its "Lake House" are recreational focal points for the area and are popular both in the summer and the winter.

Our focus is primarily on the South Metro communities of Denver with a particular specialization on the Cherry Creek High School boundary neighborhoods.  This includes- Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, the Denver Tech Center, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and all those unincorporated pockets located within.
